You will only receive tuition from a fully qualified instructor. |

Your instructor will always endeavour to meet you at the agreed time. If for any reason your instructor is delayed, your lesson will not be cut short unless at your request. Any time then lost will be made up. |

Your instructor will devote their time to you for the whole of your lesson. You will not be taken on shopping trips or your time used for the personal needs of your instructor. |

Unless while on test, or should you request otherwise, there will never be anyone other than yourself and your instructor in the car during your lessons. |

Your instructor will never verbally or physically abuse you. |

We understand there is now a huge choice of instructors, and we will do all we can to make your driving experience a safe and enjoyable one. |

|
There will be no increase to the hourly rate you pay on your test day. The rate you pay for your lessons is the rate you will pay on the day of your test. |
